Traced with fluorescent paint in a minimal gesture, the lines of Al-Anqaâ draw the map of the town of Gaza on the ground. Whereas the Palestinian city has been deprived of electricity and gradually destroyed for one year now, the viewer, immersed into the dark, loses himself in the maze of the place and its history. Whereas the city is in total darkness, the glow emanating from the work testifies to reminiscence, hope, duty of memory.
